I am a real estate veteran. I worked on a sales team for new homes in Albany, New York in 1974. After relocating to New Jersey in 1975, I received my license and began working for Century 21. Moving into a position of owner, I opened and operated five offices with two partners under the franchise of ERA. Relocating again to San Diego in 1988, I became licensed in California and joined a large independent company where I worked for five years as a Manager and Vice President. Duties included recruiting, profitability of office, training new sales associates, and volunteering for various positions at the Board of Realtors. My passion was sales and I returned to selling and listing for the next ten years. Experienced in listing and selling residential, land, and investment properties, 1031 exchanges, new homes, foreclosures, and trades, all fall into areas I had a great deal of experience with. I teach many real estate classes for both new and experienced agents. I purchased the Realty Executives franchise with two partners, Marie Hill and Brian Williams and we have a company with many great experienced executives that work for us.
